Welcome to my Encinitas Collection.
Here is a link to the main gallery, highlighting some of the shots I really enjoy. Check out my Audi TT Page. Those pictures were actually taken with someone else's camera as I wanted to go on a trip with my brand new car, but had not yet gotten my own digital camera. None of the pictures have gone through any post processing, they are all as they came out of the camera. Otherwise most all the shots here were taken with a Canon SD300. This section focuses on shots from my old apartment in Enci. The photographs in these galleries have not received any post processing. The Garden Photos I actually took before I moved into the apartment and was waiting for the landlord to show so I could sign the lease. The Late Rain photos were taken after the sun broke below the cloud line, but the rain was still falling on me. In some of the photos you can see the rings from the water droplets on the lens. The Labor Day Weekend Sunset gallery will be coming soon. After the passing of Pope John Paul II there were memorial services held throughout the world and week of mourning dedciated to him. I made the trip up to LA to attend a special mass in his honor that week. I went to the morning mass and spent some time taking photos at sunrise. You can see a sampling of them at Sunrise Cathedral gallery. I need to play with the layout and give some descriptions, but there are pictures for the viewing. The Petco Park Gallery is not linked in the menu above. That's because it's not really a photography gallery. It's pictures from the very first baseball game played in Petco Park in downtown San Diego. The pictures were take with the built-in camera on my PDA phone, the Samsung i700, which only does 600x480 at best if I remember correctly. It's a nice little set so I thought I'd put this at the bottom of the page for those that read through all this. Also not an official gallery are these two Beach Pics that I took upon my first visit to the beach in San Diego. After work on a Saturday I just hopped in my car and drove west until I hit sand and snapped a couple of shots with my PDA phone. I dump my latest shots here: http://chuck-d.net/photography/latest. That folder is completely unsorted, I just put stuff there to send people a quick link to a shot or two, or to move pictures between computers. I actually need to go through these photos and some left over that I've never uploaded and close out this Encinitas Collection as a finished section. |
