Audi's Famous Quattro All Wheel Drive

I took off on I-8 East, past Viejas casino... Route 79 North takes you onto some windy roads.  Such a great ride for a little sports car with a great all whell drive system.

In this shot you can see the landscape by the California wild fires.

There's also a fantastic looking tree.

Here's a landscape of the tree.. good for wallpapers :P

I was on a race from the bad weather at the coast.   With the top down, I was doing my best to drive in the holes in the clouds.

It's not New England, but I was able to find some fall foliage.

Lake Cuyamaca has great scenery.  Here's another angle of the same spot; I like how the parallel lines frame the lake & mountain and at the same time draw your attention toward the car.

The landscape of just southern California is incredibly varied; this shot shows off some fields.  Compare the mountains in previous shot to the more rocky mountains near the beginning of the trip on I-8.

Heading back toward the ocean I found a cute little church in Ramona that had a bunch of pumpkins in front of it.  In this shot I like framing quite a bit.   The side of the car & the wheels in the center, pumpkins in the foreground, pumpkins reflecting off the side of the car, the father & son saving pumpkins from the dumpster & their loot in the back of thier truck.

After a fun trip in my new car I finally came back to the shore for some snaps at the beach.  I took a little snap of the butt of my car; here's a closer shot of the backside.

I drove down the coast until the sun had dropped below the clouds.  I took some various pics at the beach during sunset.  Here are a few: one with the top up, one with the top dropped, and one with a dark tint.

And finally, I have to show you the front as you are unlikely to see this in your rear view mirror.
